Activations Media Assets Specifications

A well-designed theme creates a strong first impression, fostering credibility, confidence, and enhancing the user experience. Having readily available design themes accelerates the activation-building process, allowing your team to create consistent, high-quality designs efficiently.

Adding designs to your Activations is straightforward and does not require a designer’s expertise—though seeking their input can be beneficial to ensure visual appeal and coherence.

Before getting started, make sure that all images, backgrounds, and abstract elements intended for use are uploaded properly to the media library and are accessible. Verify file types and size requirements to prevent compatibility issues.

For streamlined workflows, we highly recommend using Design Themes. This feature allows you to save and reuse designs effortlessly with a single click. Learn more here: Design Themes .

General Media Assets Limitations

Below is a list of the media assets and their specifications required for building activations.

File Naming

Consistent and clear file naming conventions help streamline asset management, ensuring files are easily identifiable and accessible.

File names should contain only:

  • Alphanumeric English characters (A-Z, a-z, 0-9)

  • Dash (-) and underscore (_)

  • Spaces will automatically be converted to underscores (_).

Best practices for file naming

  • Use descriptive names that clearly indicate the content (e.g., activation_background_home.jpg instead of image1.jpg).

  • Separate words with underscores (_) or hyphens (-) to enhance readability.

  • Avoid special characters (@, #, $, %) to prevent compatibility issues.

  • Include version numbers when necessary (e.g., logo_v2.png).

  • Maintain uniform capitalization; prefer lowercase (button_primary.png instead of Button_Primary.PNG).
