General Media Assets Limitations

Below is a list of the media assets and their specifications required for building activations.

File Naming

Consistent and clear file naming conventions help streamline asset management, ensuring files are easily identifiable and accessible.

File names should contain only:

Alphanumeric English characters (A-Z, a-z, 0-9)
Dash (-) and underscore (_)
Spaces will automatically be converted to underscores (_).

Best practices for file naming

Use descriptive names that clearly indicate the content (e.g., activation_background_home.jpg instead of image1.jpg).
Separate words with underscores (_) or hyphens (-) to enhance readability.
Avoid special characters (@, #, $, %) to prevent compatibility issues.
Include version numbers when necessary (e.g., logo_v2.png).
Maintain uniform capitalization; prefer lowercase (button_primary.png instead of Button_Primary.PNG).
