What is a campaign in Engage Engine?
Similarly to marketing campaigns, these are sets of strategic activities that promote organizational goals or objectives. You can sort your data and posts into campaigns on both Activation Engine and Content Engine, and each serve a different purpose.
An Activation Engine campaign aims to concentrate a set of activations, related to a specific plan or topic and to engage and expand your fan base. Think of the campaign as a massive folder for all your activations.
A Content Engine campaign aggregates all of your social posts for this specific campaign. You can create campaigns based on full seasons, playoffs, holidays, etc., and then analyze each campaign individually to see how posts performed.
