Publishing Your Activation

Sharing activations with your fans is quick and easy. Choose from various publishing options to best suit your needs and promotional funnels, helping you track and analyze performance effectively.

Before you start, please keep in mind:

  • Modifying published links may impact tracking and statistics. Avoid editing links to maintain accurate activation data

  • Deleting a link removes its total click count; however, data of captured participants remains visible in the reports.

  • Test your activation links to make sure it’s running smoothly before publishing, to avoid user experience issues.

Publishing Your Activation

  1. Complete your activation by clicking Save to automatically redirect to the Publish tab.

  2. Click +Add in the Sharable Links section to create a new link.

  3. Customize activation settings:

    • Link Name: Assign a descriptive name (up to 20 characters) for internal use only.

    • Share on (Origin): Define where the activation will be shared to track engagement.

    • Channels: This option defers depending on the type of activation you select. For single widgets, this would be Webview.

  1. Advanced Settings: Includes options

    • Clickable Image Link: Generates preview cards when sharing the activation.

    • Connect Datapoint: Automatically associates a datapoint with participants once they click on the link.

    • Connect to a Static Links: Allows a predefined, unchanging URL for specific use cases.

    • Disable Cookies: Prevents user tracking, treating each entry as a new participant.


The Channels options for publishing a Conversation Flow differs from publishing a Single Widget due to additional settings. Learn more about Conversation Flow Publishing here.

  1. Click Create to generate the link.

  2. Once the link is ready, you can use the tools next to the created link to:

    • Scan the QR to Preview on mobile or Download it in various sizes for different purposes:

      • Small (300 x 300): ideal for Mobile and web.

      • Medium (1920 x 1080: ideal for TVs and large screens.

      • Large (3840 x 2160): ideal for Jumbotron in Arena

    • Copy the link

    • View link settings

    • Delete the link (deleting removes its click count but retains participant data in metrics)
