Publishing a Conversation Flow

Publishing a Conversation Flow activation has different settings compared to publishing Single Widget activations. These settings ensure seamless interaction and engagement with users across different platforms.

Before you start, please keep in mind:

  • Modifying published links may impact tracking and statistics. Avoid editing links to maintain accurate activation data

  • Deleting a link removes its total click count; however, data of captured participants remains visible in the reports.

  • Test your activation links to make sure it’s running smoothly before publishing, to avoid user experience issues.
